One flat list — no grouping, no summary cards, no tag-chip row above it, which DESIGN-DECISIONS.md:92 abolishes by name. Every row answers two questions: what it costs a year, and how you get out of it. Nothing here is derived from a payment stream except the money: a term, a notice and a last day are typed, and the day a person types goes through the same parser a bank file does.
