Sheet 07’s Rules tab. The match count is a health meter and it can read healthy over a rule that does nothing — so the dim treatment follows the verdict rather than the number, and a line under the row says which of the three ways it is dead. Approving a draft gives it the last place and touches no payment: the sheet’s own toast says otherwise and its card two lines above agrees with us. Sheet 07’s second surface — the builder, where a rule is tested before it is saved — opens from the list and is mounted here too.
